By using this website you agree to these terms. The content describes Pravaha International's product and services; specifications, grades, quantities and availability are confirmed per order in writing.
Quotations and orders
Published content is not an offer. A quotation becomes binding only when confirmed by both parties in writing, and that confirmation sets the specification, packing, price, incoterm, payment terms and delivery timeline. MOQ and commercial terms are quoted per enquiry and are not published.
Quality and claims
Each lot is supplied with a laboratory report referenced to that lot. Quality claims must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt, with the lot reference, photographs and, where relevant, the buyer's own test report.
Intellectual property
The Pravaha International name, logo and site content belong to Pravaha International and may not be reproduced without permission.
